About Deerness Gymnastics Club
 
Deerness Gymnastics Club is affiliated to British Gymnastics and the North of England Gymnastics Association.
Mission Statement:
"To provide the opportunity for every individual with an interest or talent for gymnastics to be able to realise their full potential from novice to elite level and to provide a safe, effective and child friendly environment in which members can participate in gymnastics and gymnastic related activities under the guidance of appropriately qualified staff, coaches and volunteers."
Aims and Objectives: 
  • The advancement of the mental, moral and physical development of young people, through the medium of gymnastics, acrobatic gymnastics, tumbling and gymnastics related activity.
  • Achieve a high growth organisation with increasing turnover where all profits will be ploughed back into the charitable organisation.
  • To increase the number of participants taking an active part in gymnastics related activity.

Our Parties

Deerness Gymnastics provides the perfect environment for children to embrace their excitement and let loose their endless levels of energy! Unlike other facilities, parties here are always a private hire event. Each and every party booking has private use of our party facilities.
All parties include a time slot of 1 hour exclusive use of our main hall. We are able to offer use of the whole floor area, soft play, bouncy castle, disco lights, foam pit and trampoline! This is followed by half an hour in one of our food rooms, where children can enjoy your self-catered party meal. 
We don't offer any food packages, however, we can provide you with jugs and basic cutlery, as well as access to a microwave and slow cooker. 
Whilst staff are around the building, our parties are not coach-led, creating a playful, fun and relaxed environment. Perfect for children and grown-ups! 
Parents must supervise children at all times during the party.

Time Planning

All of our parties run to fixed, allocated time slots. You can arrive 30 minutes prior to your start time to set up in the food room. On arrival, staff will remind you of your time in and out of the hall which must be respected to avoid congestion for other parties.
It is important that guests leave your party on time. After your half an hour having food, we offer you an extra 15 minutes to tidy your food room. After this, any extra time spent will result in a charge of £15 every 15 minutes. Don't worry about sweeping/wiping down your tables, our staff are more than happy to do that for you. This just gives us time to prepare the room for the following party.

Pricing & Restrictions

Each party costs a total of £170. At the time of booking a deposit of £85 must be paid in order to secure your slot. The remaining balance of £85 will be to pay on arrival on the day of your party.

Strictly no food or drink is allowed in the main hall. 
Shoes must not be worn in the main hall. 
No decorations to be attached to the walls in food room.
