What classes do we offer?
Under the current circumstances we are not allowing spectators in the building with the exception of the 4-6yr classes where parents will be assigned a designated area in the gym (1 adult per child).
For all other classes, children will be collected from the car park by their coach. Temperatures will be checked on entry and children will be asked to sanitise their hands.
Please make sure children arrive wearing their training kit as changing facilities will not be available. Each child will be given a designated zone to leave their belongings. Children will be escorted back to the car park at the end of the session.

Fundamental 1 we teach the fundamentals of gymnastics and ensure that all children develop confidence. Children will develop basic movement patterns such as hopping, jumping etc. Also rolling, balancing and using apparatus which is appropriate to their size and experience. It is essential that children have fun and develop the movements and coordination to enable them to progress to working on larger piece of apparatus safety and appropriately. As this is one of our core gymnastic classes, children will begin working on the British Gymnastics proficiency awards. Our main emphasis is on FUN and enjoyment!
Mini Spartans follows the same structure and gymnastics criteria as Fundamental 1, the only difference is... NO GIRLS ALLOWED!
Fundamental 2 utilises the same aims and criteria of that in Fundamental 1. As this is one of our core classes, gymnasts will work towards achieving their gymnastic bands, affiliated with the British Gymnastics proficiency awards. In comparison and as this is an older Fundamental class, gymnasts will begin to focus on more difficult elements and use larger apparatus. Much of the focus is around flexibility, balance, strength and of course... FUN!
Spartan Warriors follows the same structure and gymnastics criteria as Fundamental 2, the only difference is... NO GIRLS ALLOWED!
Foundation squad aims to really enhance your child's physical literacy through gymnastics and will focus on all areas of gymnastics. The main areas covered are flexibility, strength, balance and co-ordination. Less focus is around tumbling and jumping, which is why our Foundation Rebound class works perfectly alongside Foundation! No prior gymnastic experience is needed.
Intermediate is the perfect class for Pre-Teens & Teenagers from beginners to advanced, who want to keep fit and develop their gymnastics skills. Classes are geared to meet the individual needs of all who attend in a safe environment, with the enthusiasm this age group enjoys.
Freestyle Gymnastics Our coaches are there to help, but with a non-structured feel to the class, this is perfect for those wanting a more relaxed and independent learning atmosphere.
Adult Gymnastics provides a new opportunity to try out an amazing sport, keep fit and socialise. There's also a big social aspect, which makes the sessions a LOT of fun. You'll learn basic moves and how to use equipment such as the trampoline and vault. As your strength improves, you can challenge and support your friends to increasingly impressive moves. Gymnastics can be adapted to be inclusive for everyone, regardless of your age and ability.
Whether you're looking to take your first steps into gymnastics or to get back into the sport, Adult Gymnastics makes it easy.
